Delivery and tracking
Orders are processed within 3 days. Estimated transit to major markets is 8-10 days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time. Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. Contact us before sending an item back to receive the return address.
Return requests are processed within 3 days. For items sent back to us, we inspect the returned items and process approved refunds within 3 days of receiving them. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
